Chris was a pleasure to deal with. His guys are great. They were respectful of our property and took extra care around our statues and easily breakable items when updating our landscaping. They completely re-sodded our yard and planted two beautiful trees. We've also now begun to use them for our yard maintenance and so far they are doing great there as well. I would definitely recommend them.

I hired Horseman’s Landscape for a design and a complete change of the front yard landscape. We were happy with the computer aided design and closeup images of the plants. We had a layering of plant colors, a palm tree installed and a rock ground cover.The work crew did the entire job in one day and we are very pleased with the professionalism and quality of the work. If you want to work with a high quality landscaper, Horseman’s would be at the top of the list.

Horseman's Landscape knows it's business and runs it like s well-oiled, efficient and quiet machine. It all starts with Chris and it begins with the simple things like responding quickly to your inquiry, making and keeping the appointment to look at your property, actually listening to your vision and finding a way to make it possible while giving some professional advice about the several things you didn't know you should be considering. He gets the proposal back to you in a timely way and will take the time to discuss it so that you feel comfortable making the choice to move ahead with your project. But the best part is the job itself. He gave us plenty of notice when he would be ready to start. He was the first person on the job and because of his preparation, the actual work progressed ultra smoothly. His team of laborers were also no-nonsense and were very diligent, hard workers. They hardly caused any interruption despite the scope of the work. They cleaned up the yard beautifully, even doing a few things that another company might say, "not our job." Chris made sure everything was to our satisfaction at the conclusion and assured us he would be available with any questions or concerns that might arise. Even though I doubt that will be needed, I trust he is a man who is honorable and keeps his word. Excellent experience all around!!!

We had a great experience with Chris, his wife, and crew. Unlike some competitors, Chris made and kept appointments. We have a small place but they did a professional job, adding a patio, correcting some erosion issues and leaving us very satisfied.

I hired Chris, owner and operator of Horeseman's Landscape, to design and install new perimeter landscaping to 3 sides of my house in Cape Coral. From the very beginning, I knew Chris and his crew were the best company for my project.. Chris and his crew were on time, respectful, asked important questions and walked through the entire process.. Speaking from an owner of a customer driven business myself I can tell you there is a reason why Horesman's stands above most others.. Horseman's Landscaping and their associates exceeded expectations in redoing and upgrading our backyard area. The result was outstanding. They worked with us to support our schedule, and completed the work in a quality manner and within budget. Chris and his crew did an excellent job repairing my damaged lawn and adding 2 new trees. He was knowledgeable about the best choice of landscaping for the area, and is very easy to work with. I highly recommend calling him if you have a landscaping project. Nice to have a local family-operated company that knows what they're doing and what the customer's priorities are. Chris and His crew did an outstanding job refreshing our landscape after we bought our house in Cape Coral. Horsemans also did our Path lighting for our new walkway and repaired some other landscape lighting. Very informative, conscientious about their Work. Actually show up when they say they will. Not responsive in a timely manner to follow up issues. Failed to replace plants that died as was promised. Unhappy with appearance of the palms he planted in the center of the front yard. We have figured out they don’t do well in windy conditions. Leaflets were broken and continue to break easily in the wind. We depended on him to steer us right on that choice as we were new to Florida. Our mistake. I’d rate them at 2.5 if I could figure how to do that.

I signed on with Horseman’s Landscape just over a year ago, and I have absolutely no regrets. Chris and his team do a wonderful job of maintaining the property. The lawn always looks great, and the bushes and trees are always trimmed nicely. I regularly get compliments from other people on how well my property is maintained, so I couldn't be happier, and I would recommend Horseman's Landscape to anybody.

Very happy with Horseman Landscaping and Maintenance. Chris was able to come out and meet with me and discuss some problems that were going on in my yard and I was very impressed that he suggested that I get maintenance on my sprinkler system prior to redoing the landscaping. He knew the landscaping would not hold up with as wet as the land currently was and I so appreciate that. Not to many people would of been so honest. I got the sprinklers fixed and then Chris and his crew were here to redo my landscaping. His crew was wonderful, worked for hours and I am in love with my flower beds! I am so excited that Horseman is taking over my lawn maintenance also and I think my yard will only look better with time! Many thanks from a very satisfied customer!

Horseman’s Landscape is a “Best in Class” landscape design and service company and superior to all other landscape companies in SWFL. I looked for over a year trying to find a landscape company that could actually do landscape design and maintenance. What I found was most of the landscape companies in the area said they could accomplish these tasks, but they could not. Most, if not all, were only interested in selling their landscape products and leaving as quickly as possible after planting. Horseman’s Landscape IS NOT one of those companies!! Chris Horseman came to our home, listen to our thoughts, and then developed a landscape solution that met all of our landscape requirements. With regards to cost, I found that Horseman’s Landscape prices to be fair, and in most cases, better than local competitors. The plants that he provided for our home were of high grade and great condition. With regards to Chris’s landscaping team, I found them to be very professional. They arrived on time, made sure everything being planted was correct and ensured each plant was properly planted. Once they completed their work, they made sure we were happy with their work before leaving the premises. In addition to executing our landscape solution, Chris also managed other aspects of the project. He identified other companies that were needed for the project so once the project was completed it would thrive going forward. Chris identified companies that could deal with lawn and plant irrigation requirements, as well as, other lawn services. If I had met Chris when I build my home several years ago, I would not have wasted so much money with the “knucklehead” landscape company that my builder used. Chris Horseman developed a GREAT landscape solution for our family, he did on time and on budget. He also made sure other resources were in place before he left so our landscape solution was successful long term.

Appreciate the good work Horseman's did to clean up my beds, add mulch and complete general bush/tree trimming around my yard. Chris met me at my house for the original walk around and provided an estimate within 24 hrs. Reasonable prices met with a general 2 week open window to complete work. I did receive a 24 hr. notice email and text on work beginning the night before which was helpful. His team was extremely friendly and efficient in completing the work picking up all debris/trash that resulted from the job. Would recommend Horsemans landscaping to those looking for a quality business to work with.

Dec 2018 After reading some reviews on Horseman's Landscaping I decided to call and get an estimate. They seemed very friendly on the phone and they gave a competitive offer so, I agreed to give them the business. I am very happy to report they did what they said and did it when they said it would be done after the job was complete, I called with a couple of issues that they resolved quickly I am very happy with the work that Chris and team did I wanted to business with a Cape Coral company as I felt that was the right thing to do as I reside in Cape Coral. Your crew did a great job with our house in Cape Coral. From the time they arrived to their departure (over 2 hours) none of the workers ever stopped. They were very polite and asked us questions about how we wanted certain shrubs trimmed. All of the landscaping you put in around out house looks perfect!! Our yard looks great thanks to the Horseman crew! Please put us on a regular schedule for trimming. The river rock really sets off the house!! ~Mike & Lynne Alexander

Very impressed with the promptness of phone, email and text responses. Chris was always on time with any appointments and has a great "can do" attitude. This was especially important to me after dealing with other landscape business people who kept telling me they could not get the trees that I wanted. He also recommended a competent and prompt irrigation technician to rework some of the newly installed irrigation system to ensure the trees and the lawn coverage was what it needed to be. All of the materials delivered and planted by Horseman's crew were fresh, healthy, of good size and enhanced what had been a rather bleak yard of a new build. Do yourself a favor and contact Horseman's Landscape. You will not regret it.
